Supported Living
Empowering independence with the right level of care, in the right place, at the right time.
Our Supported Living service provides a safe, structured, and person-centred environment where individuals can live independently while still receiving the support they need to thrive. Whether someone requires round-the-clock care or just a few hours of support each day, we build flexible packages designed around their goals, their abilities, and their preferred way of life.
Supported Living is more than just accommodation — it’s about creating a home where people feel safe, valued, and in control of their own futures.

A Home with the Right Support
We offer accommodation-based support in both shared and individual tenancies, tailored to the needs and preferences of each person. Our staff are available 24/7 where required, including waking night workers, sleep-in support, and emergency on-call systems — ensuring help is always close by when needed.
The level of staffing is flexible and scalable. Whether someone is stepping down from residential care or moving into their first independent flat, we work closely with housing providers and local authorities to ensure a smooth transition and a stable environment. Every tenancy is treated as a home, not a service.
Supporting Tenancy and Daily Life
Managing a tenancy can be overwhelming for some individuals, particularly those with additional needs. We provide hands-on guidance and practical support with understanding tenancy agreements, paying rent and bills, reporting repairs, and communicating with landlords. Our staff help service users understand their rights and responsibilities under the Housing Act 1988 and local tenancy frameworks, ensuring they can maintain their home with confidence.
Support is designed to build the skills needed for long-term stability — not just to solve immediate issues. Whether it’s budgeting for utilities or organising a home clean-up, we’re there to guide and encourage, not to take over.
Community Connections and Meaningful Living
A home should be a foundation — not a limitation. That’s why our Supported Living model places strong emphasis on community integration and active living. We support individuals to explore opportunities in education, employment, volunteering, and social activities that match their interests and strengths.
This could mean helping someone enrol in a college course, preparing for a job interview, attending a fitness class, or simply using public transport independently for the first time. We also offer access to skill-building workshops and personalised travel training to help overcome barriers to community life.
Our goal is to reduce isolation, foster purpose, and encourage the development of healthy routines and relationships.
Proactive and Personalised Risk Management
Safety is paramount, but so is the freedom to live a full life. We take a positive approach to risk, balancing the need for protection with the right to autonomy, as enshrined in the Equality Act 2010 and the Human Rights Act 1998.
Each individual receives a detailed risk assessment using recognised tools such as RISKMAN. Together with the person, we identify potential hazards, agree on mitigation strategies, and put appropriate safety measures in place. This may include lone working policies, fire evacuation plans, or protocols for managing health-related risks.
Risk plans are reviewed regularly — monthly or following any incidents — and shared with relevant professionals with the individual’s consent. Our approach ensures that everyone remains safe, while still being encouraged to try new things, take healthy risks, and make their own choices.
A Service Built on Trust, Stability and Choice
Our Supported Living provision is built on the belief that people flourish when given the right support in the right environment. We don’t just provide accommodation — we offer stability, support, and space for growth. Whether someone is building their first experience of independence or regaining it after a difficult period, we are here to walk alongside them.
Every element of care is personalised. We work in close partnership with local housing providers, social workers, healthcare professionals, and families to build wraparound support that works — and lasts.
